Gearz!

So I finally got gear in sky last night. We were moving really slow from location to location but still ended up doing 3 gods (no Byakko) and a Kirin. We also sold A Hands, S Kote, and D Body last night which is definitely a pick me up for the payout for this week. But the plus side was that I got to actually get not 1 but 2 items last night that were on my list and I only gots them for 5 points. :D N Feet and D Head are now MINE! Now I just have to worry about the 700k+ for the 2 cursed items I would need. I'm definitely not going to worry about +1s because for me that would be a complete waste of gil.

I am a happy camper though because gear is gear and they are both items I will at least eventually use. The N Feet may eventually never be used but at least I will have them for now. As for the D Head I believe I have decided to take SAM all the way to 75 just so I have a better job than WAR for a melee job. It shouldn't take too much for me to get a pretty well geared SAM because I'm sure I will have D Head (which I just got) and D Legs for WS which are major pieces. Other gear that I would need is Hauby (have), Byakko's Haidate (have), Hagun (3M+ but hopefully can get people to do ENM with me to save me gil), and honestly the rest isn't that hard to get excluding the uber gear like Usukane.

The main thing is when I actually hit 75 I will have to drop a lot merits into my SAM. Store TP (max), Shikikoyo (1), and then Overwhelm (at least 3) are going to be my main concerns. Even Meditate isn't the highest of concerns because I would mainly be using SAM to start off in a Kirin burn set up so Meditate would still only have time to be used once during then. But that is still probably weeks down the road so I won't worry too much about that right now.
